INDUSTRY UPDATES, SEPTEMBER 21, 2015.
The Manufactured Housing Association of Maine’s 2015 Annual Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Ramada Conference Center, 490 Pleasant Street in Lewiston, Maine. Featured speakers include Robert LeClair from the State of Maine Manufactured housing Board; David Van Baars, Esq.; Will Lund from the State of Maine Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection; Tom Bahum from Maine Rural Water Association; and Scott Hill from Dojo Digital. Topics include such issues as new regulations for Public Water Systems, updates on Community Rules from the Manufactured Housing Board, proper contracts and evictions, mortgage lending, and website development and use. Registration will include morning and afternoon snacks and a luncheon sandwich buffet.
